I worked with Al to secure financing for a new home purchase in 2020. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and forthright as we worked to secure financing for a purchase. Alfonso was a valued lender in our recent refinancing of our mortgage. He was extremely professional, responsive to emails/phone calls at various times including weekends. My husband and I started the mortgage process with a big bank, right before the Pandemic started. It was just after we were supposed to have already closed and we’re awaiting our final approval from underwriting that we were ultimately denied the loan. We were devastated. The lender was not keeping us in the loop and just strung us along and cowardly denied us.
