Alfonso was great! Very professional and knowledgeable! He was with me step by step throughout the entire process. He kept in touch with all the people involved (lawyers, real estate agents) with both of my sale and purchase. Never once did I worry about anything with Alfonso on my team!

Al is very professional and thorough. He was extremely quick with the paperwork and was always available if I had any questions. He really took his time to make sure I fully understood each step of the process. We had a timeline and Al laid out the process quite simply- not to mention we closed in ONE HOUR!! Although we bought our home in Chicago, not one moment did we ever feel there was any distant between us, it seemed as though he were right beside us the whole entire process. Not only did he inform us of everything that was going on, he helped us understand where we stood, it was just comforting to know that someone was there to answer any questions big or small. Al was recommended to us by family that had worked with him before. But when you're a first time home buyer, the entire process is extremely nerve-wrecking and difficult. Unless you work with Al. Alfonso was great to work with, he kept in constant contact every step of the way with updates or documents needed and would check in to make sure everything was going OK. I cannot say enough as to his professionalism and the diligent work that he does. Al and his team went above and beyond to make sure this was stress-less as possible. Al was very upfront and honest with everything I admired his "no nonsense" but friendly way of conducting business.
