Brought my car in due to a power window recall. Had an appointment with Norman and received exceptional service. He told me it would take an hour and a half, and had the car ready for me right on time. He also checked and found that I had never brought my car in for a previous recall with the dashboard. He ordered the part and told me he would call me when it came in. Totally professional!
