I recently purchased a car here. I was help by London and Dino... I am super happy with my experience!! This was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had!!! I was soooo impressed that London went out of his was to drive my new car home for me because I had driven into the dealership and had no one to help me get my new car home!! Dino in financed really helped me out getting a deal and payments that fit my budget!!!! Will refer these guys to anyone looking to purchase a car!!!

Best customer service. Been working with this dealership for over 10 years. I highly recommend the staff and finance manager. Great, courteous and very responsible staff.

They took our money and gave us a defective car. Told us we would get our money back but still waiting... I have dates and names but no results. Going to WPTV with this story and maybe other news outlets. Getting lawyers involved now. It's a shame. This is our second car purchased from them. That's why we returned their.... Big mistake. We don't have a car and we are out of $10,000

Keep calling us to get us in for a sale with lies and false promises. Then when we come in the price is hundreds more a month than they promise. Horrible customer service and very manipulative

I’m extremely disappointed with how my 72-year-old mother was treated at Al Hendrickson Toyota. She primarily speaks Spanish and went in to buy a basic Toyota Corolla. Instead of being treated with care and transparency, she was taken advantage of with inflated fees and confusing paperwork. Here’s what happened: • She was charged a $1,300 “pre-delivery service charge” with no clear explanation. • A $600 electronic registration filing fee was added, which seems excessive. • $300 in license and registration fees were charg... read more

To describe the representatives here as unprofessional would be understatement. We bought a car in February 2024 and it’s been a nightmare ever since. We were bullied into buying gap insurance and a ridiculously overpriced extended warranty. We ended up refinancing the car for a much better interest rate, and requested a refund for the Gap and Warranty. That was May 8th 2024, and I opened Pandora’s Box of Incompetence. ☹️Never Buy Here. No customer respect. They only want your MONEY not your business. They don't follow there own Policy when it comes to car sales. They sold a car to another customer while I was test driving the car on Sat. When I asked to speak to the manager Gerald, he thought I might wait until the customer application was denied or approved.
