Keep calling us to get us in for a sale with lies and false promises. Then when we come in the price is hundreds more a month than they promise. Horrible customer service and very manipulative

I’m extremely disappointed with how my 72-year-old mother was treated at Al Hendrickson Toyota. She primarily speaks Spanish and went in to buy a basic Toyota Corolla. Instead of being treated with care and transparency, she was taken advantage of with inflated fees and confusing paperwork. Here’s what happened: • She was charged a $1,300 “pre-delivery service charge” with no clear explanation. • A $600 electronic registration filing fee was added, which seems excessive. • $300 in license and registration fees were charg... read more

To describe the representatives here as unprofessional would be understatement. We bought a car in February 2024 and it’s been a nightmare ever since. We were bullied into buying gap insurance and a ridiculously overpriced extended warranty. We ended up refinancing the car for a much better interest rate, and requested a refund for the Gap and Warranty. That was May 8th 2024, and I opened Pandora’s Box of Incompetence. The “Finance Manager”, Rohan Alexander, will not respond to emails or phone calls. I had to cancel my Gap I... read more

I am still processing my experience, let me start with our sales person Chris, he was nice, and then Luther the sales manager came and explained everything to me about the car, the car online displayed a price of $22,299, then they added so many things, for example, the rims for $1895, (photo online shows the vehicle came with those specific rims, Luther didn't give me an explanation, he said the rims were add Ons), a mandatory "Advantage Plan" package fee for $2995, I said...it says on the window $1995, Luther said...it wen... read more

☹️Never Buy Here. No customer respect. They only want your MONEY not your business. They don't follow there own Policy when it comes to car sales. They sold a car to another customer while I was test driving the car on Sat. When I asked to speak to the manager Gerald, he thought I might wait until the customer application was denied or approved.

Business response:

Glenn, we're disappointed to learn about your experience. Please help us by providing more information via email. We take your feedback seriously and want to ensure a better experience in the future. Sincerely, Silvia, Customer Relations Specialist, silvia@morganautogroup.com

If I could give zero stars, I would!! While my mom was driving her Toyota van, the vehicle started shaking and brake override malfunction appeared on the dashboard. She called Al Henderson, Coconut Creek dealership, speaking with an advisor to bring in her van for service. Fast forwarded to pickup, she was advised that they ran all diagnostics through their system assuring her that the issue had been resolved. Within good faith, she paid my invoice of $1,803.65. 72 hours later she began experiencing the same issues of the... read more

I just bought a Toyota RAV4 Al Hendrickson Toyota and the advantage care was added as part of the sale. I didn't want that, I clearly stated that, is there any option available to remove that cost?

Business response:

Alex, we're sorry if we've caused you any frustration. We will look into this on our end and would always welcome an email from you. Sincerely, Michelle, Customer Relations Specialist, mwhidden@morganautogroup.com

I have shared my experience with this company on Google and since they’ve asked me to write a review, here we go… The 2 good things they did were getting me financing and working with me on down payment. After that, EVERYTHING has been an awful experience. I have spoken with 3 different people at this company and at the end of the day when I explained my frustration with this company all I get is the finger pointed back at me. Starting with the manager using HIGH PRESSURE sales tactics to get me sign. He would have done any... read more

Aaron, we expect the same respect and care for each and every customer and I am so sorry if this wasn't reflected during your visit. This certainly does not sound like the courteous and accommodating assistance I expect from our staff, and I am so sorry for any unprofessionalism and if the process took longer than anticipated. I understand you're upset — I am also concerned to read this feedback and I assure you, I will address your experience with my team. If there's anything else you can add here, please don't hesitate to ... read more

I am sitting in a CarMax right now, forced to sell my Scion xB because it is undrivable. According to Al Hendrickson, however, it's doing just fine. They couldn't duplicate it's very obvious slipping transmission problem when I brought it to them a few weeks ago. They charged me for an oil change and tire rotation, which I didn't ask for.

Business response:

Jen, I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your vehicle and that you have not received the thorough and accommodating care we pride ourselves on. I'd like to step in right away so that I may address your concerns directly and see if I can help make things right and figure out what happened regarding payment. I will take a look for your contact information, but, in the meantime, please consider giving me a call. Thank you, Norman Frantz - Service Manager - 954-545-6931
