Food was not good, missing the dipping sauces for my entree and the food was cold once we sat down to eat it.
They didn't get my order right and only wanted to refund me my drink that's unappreciated
My food was taken to a different house and delivered there. I was then given a customer service line and was on hold for about an hour to get a refund. Last time I will use this service.
Placed order and received food fairly quickly. Once I opened the food, it was the wrong order. Called Grubhub who refunded my money and replaced order. Second order was delivered according to Grubhub but never received it. Called Grubhub who refunded my second order. Will never order from the restaurant again for delivery.

I’ve eaten several times at Alamo Cafe and never had a problem with their staff or food quality. It’s always a solid 10/10 dining experience. However, the delivery of my food was an issue. My food was cold when it arrived and the delivery kept being pushed back. The food only arrived after I had spoken to a representative and the delivery time was not updated in application (food arrived at 9, was supposed to arrive by 7:40-7:50 and the updated time was 9:40-9:50 at time of arrival). Took over an hour and 20 minutes. Food was cold by the time we got it. Only received two tortillas instead of four. No napkins or utensils included.
This is the 3rd time we have ordered from here and each time the order is missing food we paid for. This time the soup that was ordered had been laid on its side and spilled within the bag ruining the other food in the bag
