I absolutely love Alamo Cafe and their food is amazing. Unfortunately, when the food was received it was cold and there was a mistake with the order and no napkins of utensils were provided.
There should be a different method for delivery services. By the time we got our food it was all cold. We needed the food by 1130 and we did not get it until 1150.
Good Where's the freakin utensils
Usually I enjoy the food from there but the preparation of the food seemed rushed and thrown around. It also wasn't what we ordered which is a rarity.
I ordered cheese enchiladas because I don't eat meat and they came topped with a meat sauce, and the container they came in leaked in the bag they were delivered in. I also ordered refried beans and they had no taste. I also ordered queso and that was also tasteless and runny.
The order was prepared correctly but the food was not edible when I received it at 11:45 last night the avocados were black from sitting in the container for over 2 hours
The order arrived 40 minutes late, the food was cold, and the order was wrong. Not pleased.
Food was cold. No guacamole on flautist. Will not order from Alamo cafe again
Sixty bucks later we got cold dog food, sixty bucks is a lot of money. Dog food.
