Due to previous credit issues and my wish to combine my current 1st and 2nd mortgages my loan was not an easy one to secure. Alan was determined and thorough and continued to explore every option until we got the loan done. Alan was recommended by a friend and I would use him again in the future.

Fortunately I was referred to Alan to handle purchase financing. I agressively shopped before getting to Alan and time after time got the same bait and switch and run around. Alan was true to his word when he said he would be a partner thoughout the process, will actively communicate, and at all times honestly represent the true pain points within the process. I have done 4 mortgages with Alan over the past 20+ years. In every case, he provided excellent information and guidance regarding the market as well as the process. The rates were very competitive for each loan. I very much appreciated his responsiveness to the inevitable problems that occur with mortgages and he was always working for my interests as opposed to the lending company. That is often not the case in the mortgage business.
