I’m paying for Internet that hasn’t worked in weeks when I call to get tech support they tell me they are going to have to charge me extra, on top of the money I’ve paid for the almost two months without consistent internet.
just placed my order for starlink and can't wait to cancel my service. Been with Acs since moving to fairbanks and the service has never improved but the price has raised for the same service.
