My webmail account is locked up again. ( a half dozen times in a year). My account should up to date. Magically my alaska.net webmail gets frozen for who knows what reason. All at the wrong time. Very bad customer service. Is Alaska Communications going out of business???

We submitted a support ticket on July 13 for no dial tone. The ticked was closed without resolution or contact. We resubmitted on July 25. By Aug 10 there was still no contact or resolution. The only method of contact was chat, and all we got was an excuse they they were short staffed and getting to support tickets as quickly as possible. 28 days with no phone service and no contact. We closed the account. We had been customers for over 19 years.

Internet goes out every few weeks, customer/tech support is subpar. Internet went out for 5 days and still hasn't fixed it yet.

Great fiber Internet when you get it but if you ever have a problem it is a big pain in the butt to get them to do anything. They are on two different systems that do not talk to each other and they are very slow to fix any issue you have. The only time you can get in touch with them is if you act like you want new service.

I am absolutely dumb founded by their customer service! we have been calling for 6 months to have them come fix our internet, they have told us multiple times that they believe it to be the wiring outside or our modem, which it's prob both. finally today I get a call back from a supervisor, AFTER 6 MONTHS to tell me they are not going to rush my service to be fixed because it looks like we are using more then what we pay for... In the beginning of March 1 2024 I had scheduled appointment for my Internet. I took a eight hour day off to get this done they get here at my appointment time and tell me that I have to wait until the snow melts to get my line dug to the building from the street.
