The Scam calls from India have better customer service that is open 7 days a week. Fix my internet that I have paid thousands of dollars for over the years you cheap fucks.
Worst company ever! After switching to them from GCI they installed voicemail on my phone without my permission. From the beginning the voicemail said my box was full and wouldn’t let anyone leave a message. I was also denied access to the voicemail. I’ve been fighting with them for 2 weeks to remove the voicemail so my business won’t lose money. Now that I’ve gone into the office and complained, they are retaliating and disconnecting phone service from my business. Don’t waste your time and money on this company.

HAHAHA faster speeds, yeah right, my internet has been out since Thursday, customer service ends at 5 when most people get off work, I have been told I had an appointment today to get it fixed, called today when it wasn't working, and no appointment was set. Worst Internet in the country, you can't even give me the 10 mbps download speed I'm paying for. yet alone, I'm on the outskirts of town and I can hardly watch a youtube video on a wired computer. My Cricket cellphone service is generations better, even with one bar. My hotspot is better than this internet and I hardly have any service to use it. In fact, the customer support people are all indian scammers. Or at least every time I've tried to call customer support.
