I BEEN CALLING YOUR TOLL FREE AND I HAVE LIED TO MANY OF TIMES ABOUT WHEN ITS BEING FIXED.. WHY CAN'T GIVE UP PEOPLE HERE IN SOUTHEAST LIKE YOU GIVING THOSE UP IN THE ANCHORAGE AREA....
Horrible customer service, expect long hold times on the phone any time you call in. Can't get internet but they'll put you on a wait list? Good luck, we were told when we first moved into our house we had DSL available....5 years later and they keep telling us it doesn't exist in our area.
ACS does not back up their products or their service. Once they get you to sign a contract for 2 years, you are on your own. I had a phone that was still under warranty that I bought from them. They said they would sell me another phone for 50 dollars if I signed a contract for another two years. Why should I have to pay money on a phone still under warranty?
