These flakes don't deserve even one star, much less even be open for business. My husband was at this facility for about two and a half months due to a motorcycle accident . He was there to receive rehabilitation. He could not do anything for himself, including feed himself. I was there every day for several hours. His care directive stated he was supposed to have someone feed him until he learned to do so for himself. Each meal staff would come in, set his tray down and leave. Horrible do not use this facility. Care is terrible and food is worse. Care instructions are ignored and weekend care is non-existent. Laundry is lost constantly. Critical care instructions are ignored.

My grandmother, who has Alzheimer's, stayed here for a short while and at first this place seemed really great but after a while things started to change. First they complain when you don't bring personal items and then when you do they lose all of them. My family and I told the nurses specifically we would take her laundry home and wash it ourselves and bring it back but they kept taking her clothing and lost all but a few items. My farther in law is staying and I wish that I can find some were ales to place him. They keep horsing me about his bill and I am not his payee. Hell they think I am some sort of gold digger or have a lots of money. When I have none. All they want from me is money that I do not have. I have never been his payee. this is the managent that is doing this to me. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy. They treat their patients with complete disrespect and do not read chart notes before the patients arrival. They ignore the patient all weekend if they arrive on a Friday evening. They are rude , inconsiderate and argumentative without knowing any facts. I work in the healthcare industry and will make sure there will be no referrals to this location. The administration team needs to reevaluate how they operate their facility.

My mother has been a patient at this care center for over 3 months now. I visit her every day! At first this place looks great. After 3 months not so great. They change the residents rules all the time. After spending money on a small refrigerator for my mother's room because people were stealing her food out of a main refrigerator. We are now told: residents cannot have refrigerators. They moved a Korean woman into my mother's room, then insisted that my mother watch Korean TV. The Korean woman speaks/understand English.
