Never in my 45 years of having animals have I had such an experience with a clinic. I left because I refused to argue. They called me to say they videotaped me, and agreed I said I do not want to argue. They criticized me because they said I left "in a huff" and they wanted to sever the relationship. All of this because I was nine minutes late for an appointment. They did not serve me as a client and were respectful. Was signed up to be a new clinic but their policies have lost me $92 and they never looked at my pet. New Clinics Beware.
