As a new client I was very disappointed. I made an appointment and was not told I had 24 hours to reschedule. I paid a deposit and when I call was told if I wanted to reschedule I would have to pay for the deposit again bummer. The person at the front desk was rude and told me you should have read the fine print. :S
First and foremost, I loved our actual veterinarian, Dr. Pala. She was awesome with our dog and gave him great care. I left this practice because of the rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Specifically, follow through was missing. There were a couple of instances where my dog had GI upset and I called to see what I should do for him. I understand no medical advice given over the phone but the receptionist refused to put me through to a tech or a vet, and just insisted that I bring the dog in. Wouldn't give me an answ... read more
Horrible staff, rude, arrogant, condescending and inappropriate!!
I have been a client here since 2001. Two dogs have passed here from old age. A kitty had to go from cancer. I currently own four dogs and three cats. One cat is 16 and has maybe a week possibly two left before kidney failure takes him. He has been seen there since 2001, as well. I called for a bag of IV fluids for subcu, at-home administration. A $15-20 bag of fluids. My cat weighs maybe 5lbs. Down from a healthy 17lb cat. They want me to bring him in for an exam.....REALLY??? Why? Why should I stress my cat out for you to ... read more
