It’s been one year since this clinic murdered my dog. I don’t care how much they pay for fake positive reviews I will always remind people of what they did. I hope the death of my dog has changed the way this place operates for the sake of other animals that get treated here. Long story short my dog was kept at their clinic for 8+ hours confined in a kennel with a known heart & kidney issue and was so afraid that she refused to drink water. Had the Paw Plan for 5 years, but they ALWAYS found a reason to charge us a couple hundred each visit. Ear infections were their “go to”. Found a better Vet today.

Avoid! Just kicked out as clients, after 10+ years, due to honesty on a survey they sent us. Instead of taking our problems with how they poorly handled the care of our dog seriously, the office manager chose to focus on one part of the survey and kick us out as patients. After the fact, she stated that “looking back” there were multiple issues. Not ever telling us what those “multiple issues” are. VERY UNHAPPY 7 year client. the clinic is now Rude and greedy. made appt.(2weeks ago) and took time off work to get my dog there. no deposit was necessary. DAY BEFORE was TOLD my appt was rescheduled due to an emergency coming in. I called on Nov 21 to make an appointment for my pregnant dog. I was told that I would get a call back that Monday for when the vet was able to see her. I never received a call back. I called again on Nov 30 and was told you are all booked up until January, but there was 1 opening at 8:30am the next morning. I pulled into your lot at 8:35am and by the time I was able to get ahold of your front desk it was 8:36am. You charged me a late fee for being more than 5 minutes late. Worst people I’ve ever had to deal with. I asked for a reminder message the day before they tell me they texted me. I never received any text. And then they ask for another deposit and just take the money I put down for an appointment. I have been a long-time customer to Alaska veterinarian clinic. It has been a few years since I’ve been there and it has changed hands. The old owners were a lot better at customer service. The new People running the place we’re not nice people and crooks.
