The technician was courteous and on time. Kept me updated on the HVAC inspection and left estimates on further service or recommendations. Appreciated the booties! No mess in my house from the yard. Unit not very old so not a lot to do besides added bells and whistles if we choose. Great visit and knowledgeable technician. Thank you!!!

Techs were courteous and informative
The tech was early, professional, and knowledgeable.
So I called paid $80.00 to start was told it would go towards repairs technician get there runs washer to verify back up, informed me that it was going to be $380.00 and the $80.00 is a call out fee that is not applied to repair amount. So I’m out the 80, had him do the repair the access pipe plug is directly behind washer took technician about 30 minutes. Will call Pither Plumbing next time DO NOT FALL FOR THE MAIL OUT COUPON YOU WILL LOSE OUT MONEY
Don’t call them they don’t have repair technicians. They only have salesman who come out and cosplay as repair technicians. They will tell you your unit is unfixable to sell you a new unit.

The technician said that the circuit board needed to be replaced costing $1969.50. I called another company for a second opinion and that was not what was wrong with the ac. The second company did a thorough evaluation of my unit and determined it was a high pressure switch. They fixed the problem and got my ac going. I wasted $80.00 on the first service call and will not be using Alco again.
