I've been to many service centers throughout the years and this is hands down the best. Very good customer service and every employee I interacted with was kind. The waiting area is also very comfortable. But most importantly, both of our cars have been serviced exceptionally.
I was happy with everything but it would have been better to have some wiggle room on the price.
Service is above and beyond. It was discovered that my issue was more complicated than expected. They went to work to reschedule getting the job done right and explaining the process involved in the repair.

I worked with David A. at Alderman Automotive on the purchase of a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica Limited minivan. I researched vehicles online and choose the ones I wanted to see with the features and milage I wanted. The vehicle was priced right. The dealership is a nice facility with a good selection of nice vehicles. It was a good buying experience. They did not waste my time. We had a deal completed on about an hour. I would recommend Alderman Automotive if you are looking for a clean late model used vehicle.
The team was great and took very good care of me. I truly appreciate them going above and beyond to get me in a car.

I was impressed with the sales and service building. Very neat and clean. Matt my salesman was easy to get along with. The receptionist/greeter was very friendly. The buying process was very simple and the paperwork was clearly represented from all departments. One issue came up about a service light that came on and needed immediate attention .
