They got me in immediately when the dealer said a week. They got me in immediately when the dealer said a week. Communicated daily and repairs were done in two days. Unfortunately about three weeks the same problem reappeared. Found out that it was a faulty part that was delivered to Alderman. They had the vehicle towed and replaced the part the next day. At no charge. I will continue to use Alderman in the future.
