Honest & Straight Forward I needed a back-up 3/4 ton truck for our fleet. Since we have moved all our fleet to RAM trucks now that's what I was looking for. Nothing fancy, just a good solid work truck. Found it at Alderman's with the help of David Frazee. David was very "up-front" about the truck, knew its history, and was able to negotiate on price along with his manager Michael Spurgin. The best customer service I’ve experienced I will begin by saying I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Alderman Definitely make sure your vehicle has been serviced. Nothing was topped off. BREAK FLUID VERY LOW...COOLANT VERY LOW. Break pads and rotors were very worn and dangerous. I was told they were OK. I've spent 1000 on my vehicle I purchased and have only had it a month. Love the sales people and workers are very welcoming!! But when it came to it being serviced before it went on the lot there is no way it was looked at!
