They got me in immediately when the dealer said a week. Communicated daily and repairs were done in two days. Unfortunately about three weeks the same problem reappeared. Found out that it was a faulty part that was delivered to Alderman. They had the vehicle towed and replaced the part the next day. At no charge. I will continue to use Alderman in the future.
This entire interaction was incredibly well done. I was treated with respect, my time was respected, and everything was fair and quick. I got a detailing on the interior and the inside looks better than the day I bought it.
