Get directionsJeremiah was attentive (and prompt as arrived on time based off his daily schedule). Fixed our faulty sensor and our cameras. Only issue is that but takes days to over a week to get on the schedule which is problematic when you can't use your security system. We've been customers for 21 years but we see no incentives as a long term customer.

Being a customer of EMG & now 360 in past 11 years, I found all staff, from management (Bruce S******, Sarasota, Fl) to technicians very helpful to address concerns, problems and issues that I had encountered. Bruce in particular has been extremely helpful to effectively address all service related and billing related issues. 360 service is excellent. I recommend 360 to all my friends and relatives. It is one of the best in the industry.
