Both the technician whom I spoke with over the phone as well as the repair person that arrived to fix my issue were professional, friendly, helpful and fixed the issue quickly. Was also pleased to see him practicing the CDC guidelines for COVID19 by wearing a mask and social distancing. I also liked the fact that he would tell me each time he had to leave and/or enter another room and why.
