Alert 360 took over our previous alarm company a few years ago, and unfortunately our experience has steadily declined since then.Two of our alarm zones failed and we have a service required message on our panel. We placed a service call and were told the $49 service fee would be waived because our zones had not been properly entered into their system. Trying to get a ***lacement part has been frustrating. After speaking with customer **********************, we were told we would be receiving a return phone call once the part was ready. After one week of no response, I emailed the customer ********************** *** to get an auto ***ly stating a *** would contact us shortly. It's been another week with no response. We are happy with the system itself but customer ********************** has declined over the years.
I was a customer for over 5 years and we moved and told the sales *** I wanted to transfer my contract to a rental until we found our new home. But he signed me up on a whole new contract knowing that we just wanted to transfer the same contract with a small balance. So now weve found or new home and we decided to just satisfy the original contract to find out that he renewed my contract without my knowledge. I want to pay off the original contract and be done with this company.
