Alert 360 is NOT a legit Company. Alert 360 does not monitor their security cameras or send notifications. This company contracts are null and void due to the contracts not providing the service they state in their contracts.
They are shakedown con artists. Their sensors are defective and after the warranty they want you to pay ****** service call. chronic issues with false alarms that happen mysteriously when Im on vacation. They say they cant turn off horn alarms that they are dispatch only even though they have done it before. Company is a scam stay away from.
The only reason that I would give this company a 1 star review is because 0 is not on the scale. I had an installer to come to upgrade our system after being a customer for 20 years (through acquisitions of APEX Alarms, Central Security, etc). The installer was great, but some of the older equipment did not work. I asked that the installation be completed, and was willing to pay for the replacement equipment, but I take issue with the installation fee being charged AGAIN (over $400 for a fairly simple system). They lured me in with promises of top-tier security and then gosted when things broke down. The equipment had issues within weeks, and every attempt to get help felt like pulling teeth. With no live support, I was stuck troubleshooting my own alarm system. I wouldn't trust them with protecting a storage unit, let alone a home.
I was so impressed by the guy name ******* when he went out of his way ti help me, but that expectation was crashed when the actual guy I believe ***** showed up my door. Highly disappointed by his service. He did what I already had done and just left by saying you need a new door bell and its gonna cost you! Thanks as if I didnt know that.Unfortunately Im on a financial crisis and was hoping Alert360 would help me out here. But not so happy with them now :(
Only 1 star because none is not an option. I used this company in the past and was happy with them. This time is different. Customer ********************** is horrible, Non-existent professionalism. I had a new system installed earlier in the week. This morning, I woke up and tried to turn off the alarm, but I could not because my password DID NOT WORK. I called them. Alert360 Security System Failed No Support When I Needed It Most I had Alert360 install what was sold to me as a top-tier home security system. A few months later, my home was burglarizedand their system failed completely. I armed it before leaving, exactly as instructed. But when the break-in happened, there was no alarm, no police dispatch, and no notification. When my bill from my original security company was switched to Alert 360, Alert 360 left me with the impression that they were merely the money managers for my original company. I have no fancy internet, only a modem and all of my paper work would have indicated this. Alert 360 had all of that and knew that they alone monitored my system. They knew how old my equipment was, well over 20 years. I had seen FC on my key pad for years not knowing what it meant. I just found out that it stood for Failure to Communicate. During our conversation with Ms. ******* in December due to her long tenure as an Alert *************** good faith we waived the standard 30-Day notice and processed her cancelation with nothing further owed.
My boyfriend was at the house during the **********s visit. He was TOLD the old sensor on the garage door ( doors were replaced during ************** had saved the part within the door as door frames were the same) would be replaced with wireless. Why not keep what was working?! Additionally since the ********** visit the key fobs (two of them) for remote arming & disarming do not work.I have requested another ********** to come out and fix what the first ********** broke/deleted who knows what he did!
