Alert 360 has the very best customer **********************. When I called in last week with my issue, they were quick to diagnose and set up an in home call. ******* was my technician on site and he was very patient and explained about the break sensors.

The lady I started out with was very nice and took my name & address to verify my account. She switched me over to service department. The lady there asked me to do a couple of thing in the monitor, that it could fix the problem. It did not fix the issue, so she made a service order. Quick response from service tech and fixed the problem very quickly. He was also very nice and friendly. Thanks a lot guys.
