Alessandro was straight forward from the get go. Proper expectations were set immediately which prevented any surprises. He was clear an concise on what documentation was needed. This is the third time my wife and I have worked with Alessandro. First a mortgage and then two refinances. Alessandro is always very polite. He really strives to make the customer happy, whether it is the method of communication, best time for customer, or best place for customer. We communicated via phone, e-mail, and text. He setup the last refinance closing at our home. I normally do not write reviews or give recommendations but I trust Alessandro and know he will treat everyone with the same respect I received.

He also came to and sat through the entire closing to make sure everything was in order. Great to work with and definitely recommend.
