Alex was highly professional, from our initial inquiry right through and after the closing. He explained details thoroughly to my wife and me in phone conversations and text messages. No question was ever a bother to him. His turnaround on communication was remarkably quick. I would send a message before sunrise and get an answer back before most people had started their workday. That kind of service is hard to beat.

Alex was recommended by our agent. He quickly processes prequalifying information to enable us to place offers immediately. Homes were moving hours after being listed and the prequalifying information was critical. After our offer was accepted Alex was very attentive to our questions. He kept us informed and assisted us through the IT difficulties of purchasing a home online. He responded quickly and/or found answers to our questions. He was a good communicator both to and from the loan qualifier.
