Alex helped us sell our house in 45 days even after the market slowed down right around the time school started. He helped us set the correct selling point, took impressive pictures of our home including a video, was supportive and patient thru the process. He especially impressed me while helping us deal with demanding buyers. Alex has a great sense of humor and was always pleasant. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone!

This was our first home purchase and Alex helped ensure the process went as smooth as possible. He helped us find houses to look at while we were searching based on what we wanted, and set up quick appointments on the houses we sent to him. Alex was always available, and is very responsive.

I interviewed three agents before listing with Alex--I went with him because he did the best job listening. While others told me what my house was worth Alex ASKED me what I thought and why--when he agreed with my price he did so in a way that convinced me he meant it--not just to get my listing. We sold the house within 48 hours of listing for a neighborhood record per square foot. We just closed a few weeks ago and we couldn't be happier--We recommend Alex without reservation!!!

My fiancé and I decided it was time to start house hunting, we had viewed several homes with several agents before we met Alex. Alex is a truly exceptional Real Estate agent. Long story short, he was able to find us the home we were looking for in what we thought was a hopeless market on very short notice.
