Alexander’s never disappoints! I love how the chef combined a food I dislike (beets) with flavors that complemented the vegetable to make me a fan of this salad he created. Beets combined with red onion, fresh seasonal greens, honey pecans and a beautiful white vinaigrette married to create an experience I will try when I get home. Main entree was salmon with tomatoes and okra and dessert was another sweet meets tart experience. Key lime pie with raspberry coulis is not to be missed. Alexander’s is a Hilton Head staple.
