Lovely location with great views and ambience. The staff and servers were very on top of things. I was expecting a different dining experience and I think more effort could have gone into the quality of the dishes. Mashed potatoes and broccolini were flavorless. Fried green tomatoes were average at best. My husband loved the truffle fries, however, and said they were the best he's ever had. Cocktails were great as well. Still good enough that we will give them another chance in the future.

Has always been an excellent restaurant and still is. Only negative this time was undercooked shrimp as part of our dinner. Still highly recommended.

Another great meal at Alexanders. They have the best, perfectly shucked oysters, wonderful wine selection , and low country ambiance on the porch overlooking the 11 mile lagoon system. My husband's crab cake was perfect as were my scallops. I highly recommend Alexander's as they are consistently excellent
