We have been coming to Hilton Head for 14 years and Alexander’s is one of our favorite places to eat! The food is always spot on, friendly and professional staff, and the ambiance is perfect for a date night!
The service was great. Food was fabulous. Venue is wonderful with a great view. Only problem was our reservation was for 5 pm. We arrived a few minutes early, but were not allowed in. Seemed awkward to have to wait in the parking lot until the exact time.
Our dinner at Alexander’s was great. We had a table with a view of the lagoon. Our server as well as others who tended to our table was outstanding. The food was very tasty. We will return!
This was our second visit. We had a party of 6. The service was strange for all courses. The food/cocktails were not brought out for everyone at the same time. Most of us had the prime rib which was excellent. I had the spinach salad with a warm dressing. It was less than impressive. The desert menu was not at the expected level for this restaurant. The she crab soup was too rich to eat and the Caesar salad was not good. The baked flounder was very good and so was the winter salad.
Great food, special dessert for wife’s birthday. Beautiful restaurant and location.
