Haven't been to Alexanders for a while. We will be back soon. Food and service is some of the best on the island. The ambience can use some more work. Did not sit in bar, but main seating in restaurant felt a little "guest roomish". Cheap artwork on wall for sale, and looks like everything was thrown together quickly. That did not affect the food, drinks or service. Always has served the best French Martini anywhere!
We gave Alexander’s a try for a birthday dinner and were very pleased with the whole experience. The food is excellent and reasonably priced, and the staff are very polite and attentive. The chef even came out to our table and gave his birthday wishes and a nicely prepared dessert, stayed and chatted a little. Several of the staff came by and said happy birthday as well. We will be regulars from now on.
Excellent value for money for early diners. Paige the server was excellent and engaging. Great quality food. Would recommend.
My wife and I enjoyed our early bird Sunday dinner after seeing a play at the Hilton Head Arts Center. The food and service were both very good and the view was terrific.
