A classically Southern style building, with an old enclosed porch that has just the right degree of authenticity. Not too self-conscious, and thank Heaven not trendy! Greg provided us outstanding service and suggestions, which added to the relaxation and quality time we've sorely been needing. He anticipated our needs beautifully. The early dining menu is not the regular menu. It’s just much smaller portions with few choices. The four dollar zifindal was actually pretty good . Salad was okay. The crab cake with mashed potatoes and a few carrots was rather tasteless and bland. Sourdough rolls were so tough they were really to much work to enjoy. Service is very good but tend to hover. Disappointing because we had enjoyed a meal there previously.
Visiting the Island. This was a good choice!
