First time diners. Food was excellent. Server struggled to provide service in a timely manner - not sure if there were problems in the kitchen or just couldn’t keep up with his tables. Will definitely return!
Food was delicious. We were there for over 2 hours for a meal that should have taken 1 hour.
We went for Restaurant Week, namely for the prime rib. They had run out of the prime rib just prior to our arrival, and initially offered no substitution. Our server brushed over it and was basically saying “tough luck”. It wasn’t until we finally asked to speak to the manager that they offered steak in place of the prime rib. The only reason it was even an issue for us is that my husband is gluten free and dairy free -and doesn’t care for fish. there was nothing else on the Restaurant Week menu he could eat. Our favorite restaurant in Hilton Head never lets us down. The service is impeccable and the food delicious. The best early bird value on the island as well.
