First time here was November 2017. Did the earlybird dinner, 5-5:45pm. For $20, appetizer and entree, $4 glass of house wine, was amazing! We are returning Saturday with good friends.
The food was good and the presentation was outstanding. The service we the best we have experienced during our monthly stay on Hilton Head. He anticipated ours needs perfectly and he made outstanding suggestions. The soup and spinach salad were terrific as were the scallops. This was on the expensive side but we'll worth it.
We had returned from a two year absence to try Alexander’s out again. Much improved. Food presentation very nice.

Wide menu selection and lovely lagoon setting. Grouper special, short ribs and crab cakes enjoyed by three women dining out. Nice wine and cocktail selections. Service was adequate and perfunctory, but lacking graciousness and congeniality. A second wine , requested as dinner was served, was never received and eventually cancelled.
