Great night
My wife and I came to Hilton head South Carolina to enjoy our 5th anniversary. The Alexander was close to the hotel so we tried it out! The best part of the night was Patrick the waiter who was very attentive friendly and ensured our needs were met. My 16 oz prime rib was cooked to perfection however the whipped potatoes came with no salt. My wife's steak was under cooked and for a 6 oz filet minion she was a little frustrated, thankfully she was able to share some of my generous prime rib portion. Wife and I made reservation and noted her allergies to fairy and mushrooms which was noted when we arrived. We asked about organic wines (wife also has sulfite issues) and were told they had one, however, the manager and bartender could not remember whuch one it was and it was not marked on the wine list. We shared the bacon wrapped shrimp in apricot sauce which was delicious and beautifully presented. We had a delightful Christmas Eve dinner here with adult family. The ambiance was warm and festive, the food delicious and the service attentive. An altogether lovely evening.
