Alexander's was such a perfect place to bring my date for Valentine's day. Very romantic...a perfect evening.
Very nice for special dinners. Knowledgeable servers and delicious entrees. Parking is very tight. There is no real view, but sits on a lagoon and would be pleasant while sun is out.
This was our 1st time back since the change in ownership (and since 2 dreadful experiences prior to that). My husband and I were both pleasantly surprised. My salad with squash and cherries was wonderful, and my stuffed fish was good. My husband enjoyed his prime rib. Wines were not as great as expected, but we enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
While visiting Hilton Head, we enjoyed dinner here from the early bird menu. The soups were both very good and all four of us enjoyed our entrees. The sweetened tea was very sweet; better to order the unsweetened and add your own sugar. Lesson learned! Our waiter was friendly and attentive. We definitely recommend eating here if you can.
Nice quiet dinner with my husband during restaurant week. Great food and amazing selection of wine. Friendly and attentive staff. The flow of the entire dining experience was a notable mention. From the order being taken, to the arrival of the check, everyone was on top of their task. It was very well orchestrated. The management should be proud of how well their staff meets the expectations of the guests.
