We have a credit score of 755-800 range. Our Loan to value would have been 70% because our loan required Alex to do extra work she chose to work on easier projects rather than put forth the effort to get our loan closed. We were approved. She still failed to get the loan closed. Her knowledge of business is very limited. If you need renovation loan don't apply here. Alex couldn't even answer basic questions as to why our contractor wasn't approved. I am a fmr agent and this was the MOST stress!

This is my third time buying a house, and I have never felt so prepared and knowledgeable as I did during this process and closing. Nothing was a surprise when we closed.
