Dental cleaning and exam were awesome. Very professional and conscious of patient costs. Check-in and billing department seemed to be having a bad day. Was told I couldn’t make another appointment until my wife’s $50 balance was paid. Very serious. No smiles. We smiled, wished them a happy day…. Nothing back. Back end of this business is great! The front end needs a little work.
The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and open and friendly. Cathy was great and coached me on some hygiene tips that really helped me better understand my brushing habits. I appreciated her going the extra effort to make sure i had my oncoming visits taken care of. The receptionist was very nice and helpful getting my upcoming appointments lined up. Thankyou to a great staff
I love Roman! I’m new to this practice- my kids and husband have gone there, but I started with someone in Tillamook so had stayed there. I moved to Alexandroff Dental this year for an implant- they have been great! They explained the process to me, gave me my price ahead of time, and were very general with injections. I’m so happy here! The office is clean, professional and has super friendly staff.
Very much would really recommend Alexandroff Dental. I have recently had to get fillings put in and I was feeling very anxious. Alexandroff staff were really good at checking in with me and listening to my worries. I have never had such a fast and proficient visit before it was amazing! Thank you Alexandroff Dental!
First I would like to say a huge thank you for getting me in when my previous dentist became unavailable!! The beautiful building is so relaxing and comfortable I even had a lovely window. Dr.Felman was so friendly and caring as were the front office folks. He takes time to get to know his patients and listens to their needs. His assistant was highly competent. My experience could not have been better, and I Look forward to going back to complete my treatment.
