The loan was delayed, no fault of their own as we were waiting for an appraisal. They proactively worked ahead as they knew their back would be against the wall. The moment the appraisal came back, they scrambled and got it through underwriting in record time. Very impressive considering how backed up underwriters are right now. The entire team crushed it, was responsive, and communicated throughout the transaction so that there were no surprises. Very well done!

The two different portals were really confusing for both of us as we are pretty busy and we weren't sure which one we needed to be on. Also, when it came time to sign, it was super last minute and we were in Hawaii, we feel this should have been planned out better. When we did finally sign, we were signing paperwork that we already electronically signed, so it actually seemed pointless to us. Why electronically sign when we have to wet sign anyways? Overall happy but some things need streamlined
