I took this to FIAT Scottsdale Alfa Romeo to follow up on another local dealership service. The previous dealership did not correct the problem I was having addressed, nor did they do the requested infotainment and inspection. The Scottsdale location did all of that and more. The noticed other items that had not been addressed. The only reason they did not get five stars was due to the rental vehicle being something other than an Alfa Romeo.

Quick service however, they left all protective wrapping, and trash in the car, didnt wash the outside.

The dealership was very kind, and followed up almost immediately, unfortunately I had already decided on purchasing another car, so I didnt get much experience with them.

Did not visit the dealership. Bought a vehicle at another dealership. Sent an e-mail stating that we would not be coming to see the car that was advertised, and that we had purchased a vehicle elsewhere. Received a call from a salesperson other than the person to whom I sent the email who didn't seem to want to believe that I had sent an email stating that I would not be coming. That was somewhat annoying to me. If I was still in the search mode, I am not sure whether-or-not I would go to the dealership.
