Their service is amazing! We have gone there twice, the first time we dealt with Bill Wardingly, the second, Fred Nielsen. Both wonderful experiences. The appointments were made right away, no waiting to bring the car in. Each time the car was ready the same day. If a car dealerships service means anything to you when planning to buy a vehicle, and it should, go to Fiat of Scottsdale. You won't be disappointed. The folks there are efficient and very professional while staying down to earth.
Carfax generally states the cost the dealer is charging, and the app said - request a quote - because the car had just gotten into the dealership and was waiting for pricing. I requested a quote and the dealership did not provide it but, basically, said - come on in. I emailed again and requested a quote and said that I was out of state so needed to know the price first. Crickets from the dealer. People like this give car dealerships a bad name.
Jon and service technician go above and beyond to make up for some serious inadequacys with the dealership. If it wasnt for them I would take my business elsewhere.
My vehicle was having clutch issues. It needed an oil change and had running lights that needed replaced. The clutch issue turned out to be a costly repair that was more than the car was worth. The clutch diagnostics were done only after the oil change and light replacement had been completed. So I had to pay for an oil change and new lights for a mechanically totaled vehicle. I requested a refund for the unnecessary service. No refund has been received. Very poor workflow management.
The worst experience I have ever had! They are thieves
Hatchback notification consistently on driver side window making noise concern has been resolved and fixed lot damage was sustained by a FIAT scratch down to the paint on the driver side door
