Carfax generally states the cost the dealer is charging, and the app said - request a quote - because the car had just gotten into the dealership and was waiting for pricing. I requested a quote and the dealership did not provide it but, basically, said - come on in. I emailed again and requested a quote and said that I was out of state so needed to know the price first. Crickets from the dealer. People like this give car dealerships a bad name.

Jon and service technician go above and beyond to make up for some serious inadequacys with the dealership. If it wasnt for them I would take my business elsewhere.

My vehicle was having clutch issues. It needed an oil change and had running lights that needed replaced. The clutch issue turned out to be a costly repair that was more than the car was worth. The clutch diagnostics were done only after the oil change and light replacement had been completed. So I had to pay for an oil change and new lights for a mechanically totaled vehicle. I requested a refund for the unnecessary service. No refund has been received. Very poor workflow management.

Hatchback notification consistently on driver side window making noise concern has been resolved and fixed lot damage was sustained by a FIAT scratch down to the paint on the driver side door
Vehicle has stayed in a FIAT for over several months now with the same consistent electrical issue vehicle was left at Fiat until January 4, 2019 with the same electrical issue it has been persistent and ongoing since purchase of the vehicle owner suspect that the vehicle was in poor condition and when purchased and also had faulty electrical concerns when it was assembled from the beginning
Was in for sunroof repair, the entire roof and rear window needed to be removed to fix it. They scratched the paint in many areas, headliner, was reinstalled improperly and tell down, trunk installed improperly to the point it would not even close. Saying I was disappointed is an understatement.
