Great base close to Times Square There wasn't anything in particular that stood out as a negative. We sometimes had to queue for the lifts but I think that's an issue in many NYC hotels. However there was a helpful host at the lobby during busy times who assisted with the lift queues (and access to the rooftop bar) so it wasn't really a big issue for us. I liked the overall decor in the lobby and our room. We also visited the rooftop bar and that was a highlight of our stay.
