NYC has now been ticked off our bucket list, Aliz met all our needs. Lift was very slow at busy times, 10 mind to get from 19th floor to reception on Saturday evening when the rooftop bar had heavy footfall from non residents. Just one street and two blocks from Times Square. Could see Empire State Building in one direction and the edge in the other from the room. Rooftop bar amazing views. Shower was the first in a long time at hotels that don’t leave us moping the floor. Concierge service very helpful and accommodating.
Super Lage, nettes Personal Wir waren zu dritt im Zimmer, haben aber nur 2 Willkommens Getränke erhalten. Auch das gratis auffüllbare Wasser im Zimmer waren immer nur 2 Flaschen anstatt 3. Nach Nachfrage haben wir aber dann noch welche extra bekommen. Die Lage war top, direkt am Times Square. Das Zimmer war jeden Tag super sauber.
Pleasant Lift was broken long waits to get lift priority given to rooftop bar clients
