Very nice hotel well situated and has nice employees. Nothing to complain about. We were on the 37th floor and the view Nothing! Everything was great. We know there were a party on the rooftop but we didn’t hear a sound. We had free drinks and 25$ coupon to spend as we like. Good idea The place was clean as soon as you walk the lobby the smell was really welcoming.

Fantastic location, friendly & helpful staff. Just a beautiful hotel with a great option for breakfast!! A minor thing - would have loved a regular iron and ironing board in the room. They provided a hand-held steamer, but no real instructions. Location was perfect! The room was very comfortable. We were on the 36th floor and the elevator service was amazing - never waited more than a few minutes for an elevator.

Pleasant View we paid for was a small windos. Advertised roof top was not free of charge for guests (this was not mentioned on the website). Room was not well cleaned and we think there were bed bugs. Aircon was noisy. Location was good
