Exceptional das Zimmer war sehr klein für vier Personen, ging sich alles gerade noch aus. die Koffer mussten wir abwechselnd öffnen es wurde täglich gereinigt & die Bettwäsche sowie die Hand-und Badetücher gewechselt. sehr hilfsbereites Personal!

Nice but small Rooms are very clean and nice but could be small for the price. Didn’t like so much the service, could be better However I think is a good option in NYC when you want to know it I really like the location, it’s a great hotel very close to the Times Square, with subway in 1 block literally.
Good The staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. The lifts took ages to arrive. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned on numerous occasions even after leaving the clean our room light on. The location was perfect

Amazing the only little downside is the quite small rooms The location of the hotel is great, close to everything, bus station, train station, metro station. Delicious bagels and a park nearby. The service is very nice and helpful, the rooms are very clean.
Ottimo hotel per un soggiorno in centro a NY Nulla Hotel bello e moderno in posizione eccellente, comodissima alla metro a max 10 Min a piedi da Briant Park. Camera non troppo grande ma cmq comoda con splendida vista sullo Skyline. Rooftop bar meraviglioso, non abbiamo usufruito del servizio bar ma la vista era a dir poco spettacolare. Ascensori efficaci e veloci (noi eravamo al 26esimo piano) personale gentile e disponibile. Incluso nel ns soggiorno buono acquisto di bevande c/o il bar oltre a un cocktail a persona.
