Updated room and friendly staff The elevators were super crowded at night. The staff kept it orderly but the elevators were packed. The rooms were very clean and updated. Loved the city views and location was near Times Square but far enough away to not be super busy.

Very good The hotel was good, our room was clean although we did hear about others complaining. The staff were excellent on check-out and let us stay until our pickup for the airport late afternoon. The bar area was small. The Hudson bar does not allow children.
Joli petit hotel dans le coeur de Time Square -des lits double au lieu de lits Queen (dit.autrement : petits lits). - chambre petite -le personnel a souvent oublié de regarnir le café lors du -room service - au 32eme etage, vue obstruée par un autre building en face - les enfants n'ont pas pu aller jeter un coup d'oeil rapide à la terrasse sur le toit - emplacement incroyable : proche de Time Square.
Siper Nous avons déjà séjourné dans l'établissement et c'est surtout la proximité de Times square notre "QG" qui prime lorsque nous venons à New-York. Bonne continuation à bientôt
