Great location, staff could help explaining facilities more. TV didnt work. No make up mirror. Too crowded and elevator always packed. Staff not helpful in showing dining area, etc. Great Location

Good location - great staff! The lift run so slowly as there is no service lift so the staff have to use them during the day which creates a line and some days our room didn’t get serviced. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel and room was clean, modern and tidy. The staff were super lovely and really helpful. Good location, close to transport so easy to get around.

Exceptional The bed linens and towels were a bit dirty/ stained with lipstick. But overall comfortable and clean otherwise Very nice atmosphere, rooms are small but great, and staff was very helpful.
