Buen ubicado y agradable El hotel tiene varios pisos con lo cual hay que ser paciente en las horas puntas para movilizarse. Está ubicado estratégicamente en en corazón de NY, cerca a las principales atracciones y estaciones del metro. El hotel es muy agradable, limpio, la habitación es cómoda y el servicios de desayuno es bueno.

bon emplacement et vue depuis la chambre magnifique, mais personnel et accompagnement moyen l'accueil client la chambre était de qualité mais petite. la literie moyenne. Le personnel fait son job correctement mais sans effort pour la prise en charge des clients (surtout si vous ne parlez pas bien l'anglais). C'est un l'usine, beaucoup de monde en permanence dans la zone accueil. Le personnel n'est pas désagréable ni agréable non plus.
Wonderful The atmosphere was great. The location was literally close or walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and comfortable.

Amazing location, friendly staff, lovely bar (Dear Irving on Hudson) and beautiful restaurant. The valet service was a little bit confusing which led to us waiting 3 hours for our car in the morning after check out. The lady behind the desk took my ticket (which she wasn't supposed to do apparently lol) and never called for our car while we were waiting right in front of her in the lobby. Loved the room! Asked for a high level room and got exactly what we wanted with a great city view! We got $25 to spend in the little hotel... read more
